Any Nail Biters out there?

Help me stop! I've been a nail-biter for as long as I can remember. The only times I've ever stopped for a long period of time was when I used to get fake nails but in my line of work they are not allowed. I've tried that nail-polish that tastes gross and I've bitten through that...Gross...I know. Anyone have any suggestions? What worked for you to stop biting your nails? I hate the way they look! Thanks!

Had bit my nails so bad had to have several lanced as was infected and tired ora -jell and all kinds of stuff then someone told me to---sleep on my hands---seriously BUT I tried it and it worked for me. then I am sure to keep clear coat on and then I use a color and top coat and file them to keep from having any chips to temp me to bite them. have to keep skin around nail soft with lotion to be sure do not temp myself as well been 15 years now and still do not bite them. once had stopped quit sleeping on my hands as well. is hard to do but this helped me
