Any moms go alone with their kids?

I am a single parent and will be taking my 7 year old son, to disney for a week this fall. We usually take vacations with others, but this will be our first time alone. And we are driving all the way. We're very excited.

I take my three year old to parks A LOT! We have APs to Disney, Sea World and Cypress Gardens. I'd say we go at least twice a week. Usually just a few hours. But...I never see other moms alone. Tell me I'm not the only mom out there that does this.
