Hi, i know this is not a homework help site, but i need to go to school tonight and hand in a take home test for trigonometry.

i am sooo stuck in these problems and id appreciate any help..

Simplify Expression
1.( sec^2 (x) - 1) / sec^2 (x)

Solve Equation

1. 2sin (x) + csc (x) = 0

Second problem:

2sinx + cscx = 0

2sinx + 1/sinx = 0

multiply both sides by sinx

2sinx^2 + 1 = 0

2sinx^2 = -1

sinx^2= -1/2

sinx= root -1/2

I think. Anybody can feel free to correct me. We're doing this in my trig class, too!

thats what i got before i posted, and i recently found out that it doesnt have a real answer cuz you cant have a square root of a negative number.

???????????? This may take a few moments for my brain to respond/process this information! lol:lmao:
