Any luck on faxing the resort lately?

Has anyone had luck faxing requests to their resort lately? I did it last year and it worked great. I'm reading that its tougher these days.

Anyone try it recently?

Why not make sure your requests are listed in your reservation? That way you don't have to worry about faxing.

I did...I requested a specific room....do they pay attention to that?

Yes they look at the reservations for requests. By requesting a specific room though you have limited your choices and may not get anything.

You may not get the room or area that you requested. You will still have a room. If you give a general idea like a building that gives them something to work with, if you only give a room number and it isn't available who knows where they will put you because you have given them any ideas.

Your travel agent will have to call Disney and get the request put in your reservation. You can't do it since you booked through a travel agent.

If you're not certain your TA made the request, you may call Disney and verify the information on your reservation. They won't make any changes, but you can recap the reservation with a Disney CM.
