Well, we are only a week and a half into a new school year and DS's backpack from the last 2 years busted! It wasnt an llbean, but we have had them before and I think I want to get him another. They hold up so well. Does anyone know of a discount code for llbean? Thanks

If your back pack that broke is an LLbean they will replace..or atleast they use to. Jansport is good about replacing broken bags too. I might be worth the call to customer service to find out.

His that broke is a Jansport. I didnt know that they would replace broken bags. I will have to call them. His previous bag was an llbean and I knew they had a great replacement policy. Thats why I was going to go with them again. I will call Jansport and see what they say.
