any legal docs needed?

WE ARE GOING ON THE 6/9 4 DAY CRUISE. I AM TAKING MY NEPHEW WITH US. HE HAS HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF I NEED SOMETHING LEGAL FROM HIS PARENTS GIVING HIM PERMISSION TO GO ON THE CRUISE WITH ME AND GO TO THE BAHAMAS? THANKS

Then, yes, personally, I would take some sort of note giving you authority to make decisions for medical treatment, to take him out of the country, and make sure you have insurance info for him. I'm not sure how legal it all is...but it's better than nothing.
