We are going for 9 days in June. I am assuming the first thing I should do is grab an Avatar fp for our two AK days so we can do each ride. Should I grab those first then go for Frozen next or vice versa?? Thanks for any tips. This stresses me out even more with new attractions added into the mix. TIA!!!

Frozen and 7DMT were going MUCH faster than the two Pandora attractions for me earlier in the week. I'd do those first then come back to Pandora. Also, in the quest for speed, don't forget you no longer have to book all three FP's for a given day. You can grab just a Frozen from Epcot, Move on the 7DMT, then Pandora then back to Epcot to fill in your other two.

Also the later in your trip the more options you will have. So also prioritize your first couple of days as well.

Oh, and DON'T read this thread about today's FPP booking disaster. You don't need that kind of stress in your life.

I'm scared to read!

Were you booking for May or early June? Isn't that possible because Pandora FP+ were just recently released and there are actually some people who don't scour Disney sites to learn about release dates for FP+?

I am just saying that, in my experience, when Disney releases FP+ and/or dining reservations outside the normal time frames (less than 60 days out for FP+ and less than 180 days out for dining reservations), they are usually much easier to get because a lot of people who make reservations don't keep checking sites to find out when things are newly released (gasp! Who are these people?? :P)

It is certainly possible that Pandora attractions will remain easier to get than the other two, but it will be interesting to see what happens once those who are booking FP+ can actually book Pandora attractions a full 60 days in advance.

Could also be that, since these are two new attractions in one park with a tiered system, that is dividing up the FP+ more evenly. With Frozen, everyone is booking it because it is by far the newest thing in Epcot, and it has a particularly low capacity and a slow loading time.

Also, with Disney having these fantastic late night EMH hours from 11-1 for Pandora, it seems like it should be pretty easy to experience both of these attractions- even without a fastpass. Most guests with children under 10 are out of the parks by 11. I love late nights in the parks.

I'm booking for June 12th trip. Everything you said sure makes sense about Frozen!!

What time can u start selective by fast pass. Last time I did I could do right at mid night. Thought I heard it changed. I can pick on 4/27.

Also when I did last time I would pick 3 rides and it came back with generated times for me to take or decline. Is it easier now?

It's 7 AM now instead of midnight. You can pick one ride on any given day then go and select another ride on another day. You don't have to grab all 3 at once each day now. It still gives you morning, afternoon and evening times.

I wouldn't stress if I was you. You will be able to get everything that you want. The question is when. Since you are going for 9 days, you should be ok. A lot of the problem people run into is getting fastpasses for the time they want at the beginning of the trip. Keep in mind that others have been able to book fastpasses for the earlier days of your trip already. The later you start booking into your trip, the better chances you will have for Avatar, Frozen, and 7DMT. Even at 60 days, you shield be able to get those attractions at some point everyday of you trip. There should be availability for every other ride on property as well. Those are the only attractions that probably have a high priority for everyone.
