Rainforest Cafe as mentioned, and also close by at the Garden Walk Mall are McCormick and Schmicks, Bubba Gump Shrimp. Mortons Steakhouse down Harbor by the convention center is also a Landrys property.

Yes inquiring minds wants to know! I'll definitely take advantage of this deal, now that DS is no longer afraid of the thunder at Rainforest Cafe we plan to have dinner there once and likely at Bubba Gumps.

I think you can get the card AT the actual restaurant to get the discount on food as well. We did that one year at WDW.

You can join the Landry's Select Club at the restaurant itself (no discounts on food associated with the club membership on a regular basis at this point, but you do earn points that can eventually be converted to a gift certificate), but OP is talking about purchasing discounted gift cards from a third party. I've not seen them selling discounted gift cards at the Landry's locations in the past.

You can sing up for the Landry's Rewards and pay $25 and get a $25 credit and $25 your Birthday month, but that's different than what the OP was asking but it's still a good deal we all do in our family

Do I really need to sing for a Landry's Rewards Card? My voice stinks

My favorite "Landry's" is Claim Jumpers. There are two close, one in Santa Ana and one in Buena Park by Knott's.
