Any Lab lovers in South Jersey?

I just had an IM from a friend of mine who will be moving in the near future because her landlord is selling the house they've been renting. They don't have a new home as of yet, and she's worried about her dogs. She's trying to place them in homes. She says they are all healthy. One is 5 years old, another is 7 years old, and a couple older ones around 9 years. If anyone is interested in giving a great dog a home, or if you know of an organization that will guarantee they won't put them to sleep, please PM me! Thanks!!

The Atlantic City Rescue Shelter would gladly take them if your friend cannot find homes for them. They will not put them to sleep, so don't worry about that.

Thanks, Disneynut! I checked with her. She says it's about 45 minutes from where they live. She's hoping for other alternatives but will definitely go there if needed.

DH loves Labs, had them for years.. now are these good with kids? What color? How is thier temperment?
