Any KY Cats or Cards fans out there?

We saw so many people at WDW with Cats aw: and Cards t-shirts on this past visit. We will be down there during the Final Four and hoping/dreaming either team will make it that far! Love to see the Cats aw: win at WDW. Anyone else going during Spring Break? If so where are you staying?

I used to own a small boutique right across from Rupp in Victorias Square/Station??? This was in '98. Loved watching everyone go by as they went to Rupp for the games. I have never seen such spirit before. They also had the best hockey games I have ever went to in Lexington. See quite a few NFL games and they don't hold a candle to the Thoroughblades games.

I don't live in Kentucky, but I like the Wildcats and the Cardinals. Two great coaches with Tubby Smith and Pitino.

Love the 'Cats.

Went to school there for 2 years in 87 & 88. Wouldn't trade it for the world. Lucked out the second half of my freshman year and got a job at the Sports Information Office in Memorial Coliseum. There is NOTHING like sitting on Press Row at Rupp Arena.

My oldest son will graduate in May from U of L. We have bought season tickets for a couple of years now. Not going to WDW for spring break just went in October but we are going for Christmas.

aw: aw: Glad to hear that there are some Disney..Cat Fans out there. We lived in Northern KY for 10 years. I became the biggest Wildcat fan. I still love UK Basketball, and get a little crazy when March comes around!! aw: There is nothing like a UK FAN!! We live in West Virginia now...SO, I like WV in Football, and UK in basketball. Although WV had a really good basketball team last year. WV will get to play U of L... I can't wait to see them play.

All right we have found a few Cards fans amongst the bunch!!!! I went to U of L and live in Louisville, so I cheer for both. DH loves his CATS, but I did live in Lexington for a while. There is NOTHING like seeing a game at RUPP. The extent at which their fans show support is amazing.YOu'll see babies with painted blue faces and paw prints. I was like 'WOW". Anyway, I have yet to find one fan heading down to WDW for Spring Break.
