Any Kiwis with an extra Entertainment Card?

I have some friends taking a trip to LA in May, who are currently living in Auckland, NZ. Is there anyone with an old Entertainment Card they could give to my friends?

Also wondering, if they can order one off Ebay, if it's simple to buy from there in NZ or will shipping and payment be problematic?

They have entertainment books in New Zealand, so if they can't get a card from someone, they could get a book. (and the cards work in the USA, we can use them at HoJo's for example)

Sorry I don't have any current cards. But just to confirm that we have also used the NZ entertainment cards no problems at Hojos in 2009 & 2011
