Any kid-friendly "run around" spots on 75?

Once you get onto 75, are there any nice "run around / run off steam" spots for little ones? Our DD is a very active 3 yo, and we are pretty sure she'll need a few breaks on the road. We plan to drive through the night to get there, so the drive down shouldn't be an issue - it is the trip home where she will be awake. We all want to be sane when we arrive home. Its only about 8hrs, but we want to make it as pleassant as possible for everyone in the car.

We don't travel that particular stretch of 75 (we're from SW Florida and travel North to ge to WDW), but I'm sure that are rest stops have play areas. It really depends and unfortunately, I couldn't tell you which ones. Just be careful...on the way back down from vacation we stopped in Central Florida at a rest stop. The rest stop was nice, but we were careful not to let the kids run around because there were signs saying to beware of poisonous snakes. It just depends where you stop. Where we stopped was a very "marshy" area.

We have stopped at a random rest stop on a long drive (on 75, but further north) and brought a ball to play with in the grass for a while and that worked well. Our drive to WDW is a little over 7 hours including some quick stops. What works well for us is to leave around noon (after a character breakfast and/or pool time). A few hours napping, 90 minutes watching a movie on the laptop, some entertainment from mommy, some entertainment from daddy, a new little toy, a new book or two, lots of snacks and we're home (and exhausted - LOL) before we know it.
DS is also pretty active, but he seems to be happier if we don't make many stops. He's content to stay in his carseat, but once we take him out he does NOT want to get back in!
