This is kind of a last minute trip for us, but we are thinking of going to Disney to celebrate our daughter's birthday the end of July. I have priced out the room only special that Disney is offering right now on the website. Is that the best I can do probably? Anyone want to share your deals? Thanks in advance!!

Unless you have an AP or a pin code, that's about it. Maybe a
AAA rate, but I think the room only specials would probably be better than that.
If you don't know if you have a pin code, call and ask when you inquire about other discounts.
Also, from experience and reading other's reports, the longer you're on the line asking questions, the more chance there is of something better "popping up."
I was looking like I was headed to a dead end when I called to book additional nights after our B4G3 promo, but those added nights at POR were going to cost us so much money for a moderate (no more discounts for that resort on those dates... and still in summer season), so I just assumed I'd ask about other resorts in case there was something better.
I had just heard at the time that some summer rates came out, so I inquired about those prices at the cheapest deluxes (summer room-only & AP rates - since our B4G3 tickets were getting upgraded to APs)... he quoted me some options in AKL & WL standard rooms that were over $200 a night. I told the CM I was trying to keep it under that mark and asked if there was anything else. He put me on hold for several minutes. When he returned, he said he came up with some better prices for the woods view rooms at WL. Once tax was added the two additional nights were about $400 there... I was happy! It wasn't that far off from the rack rate at POR for the summer weekend price.
So don't be afraid to inquire about different categories of rooms either... there are some deals that are better in higher categories than the lower categories!
(By the way, deluxes start sneaking into a value season in mid-late July, while moderates and values remain in the higher priced summer season.)
And if you feel your CM is ill-equipped (rare, but possible), thank him/her for their time and call back to get someone else.
