Any information on MickeyVacations/Academy travel?

I'm entertaining the idea of maybe trying my hand at Disney travel planning and I'm seeing this company a lot. Has anyone had any experience working for them or even heard any reviews?

I'd mostly like to look into a good company to work for and make a little extra income. It's hard to sort out which companies are reputable and which ones to avoid.
