Any info on Vacation Village Bonaventure?

Hello everyone,
My parents and I have booked two units there for the week of Thanksgiving. The reviews on RCI websites are pretty good but they are awful on Trip advisor's site. Can anyone on here give me any 1st hand feedback. Are the rooms nice? Are there many activites and are they all fee based? Any tips on getting a good unit?
