any info on Mickey Time Traveler Journey Through Time

A question for our experts on Disney collectibles.
We found this figure at a garage sale and were curious if there was any particular history or significance to it?

He was sold, wearing a lanyard with a few pins on it, at the Epcot Pin Event in early September 2003. If I could find the box he is in I could give you the actual edition size and original price, as well as a photo.

If you call Disney World Special Events at 407-827-7600 they may be able to provide a copy of the photo from the catalog with all of that information.
