Any info on Marriott Courtyard in Downtown Orlando?

We are staying here for our vacation in June. Does anyone have any experience staying there? How far is it from the parks?

Any info would be appreciated.

if you are talking about 730 N Magolnia Ave - pretty far. according to mapquest you are 23.60 miles from WDW.

Yes that's the one. I knew that it was bit far. Didn't know it was 32 mins away though. Thanks for the Directions!!

We got it at $40.00 per night though so I hope its worth the stay.

AVOID RUSH HOUR.

It will take you hours in rush hour.

I think rush hour is 7 to 9 am, 4 to 7pm - just not sure because of all the theme parks.

hopefully a local will come and say the real rush hours.

or give you another route to get to WDW besides I4. this place can get almost stopped.

We stayed here using Marriott Rewards points for one night before and one night after our BWV stay. It was a decent hotel, but the location made me just a tiny bit nervous. It's not in the best part of Orlando, but it's far from the worst area.

It took a little less than half an hour to get to and from WDW property, but we were travelling on a Sunday morning and a Friday night.

Thanks...We actually cancelled here and are now renting in WH. I felt I needed to be much closer to the parks.
