any incentives currently for BCV??

We will be ready to buy more points in a few weeks, are there any incentives going on now for buying at BCV?

I don't think there are any incentives other than maybe the MB at $5 a point. And I don't know if that is even going on. I haven't seen many posts on incentives at BCV lately so you probably are better off checking with your guide.

We purchased at the BCV in June. Other than the MB incentive there were different interest rates for financing.

A friend of mine bought on site, right after touring the facility and got an additional 200 points for this use year as an incentive (they bought 200).
