Hello,

I would like to take the kids to a waterpark, like great wolf or blue harbor etc, either for memorial day or over summer break. But would like to find a code as DH is once again out of work. Anyone have any codes they can share? If you can post on the board, my email is tchrchgo at hotmail dot com

Thanks!

If you book Blue Harbor by tomorrow, you can get either 20/30/40% off depending how many nights you stay. The deal is right on their website - it is their 48 hour special.

Check on the websites themselves for specials or on Craigslist or eBay for condos at Wilderness Resort's Glacier Canyon. The waterpark passes are good for when you check in until the parks close on the day you check out so your could maybe stay a night at a cheaper place and then move to a waterpark hotel for a night. Unfortunately, the Dells is never what I would call cheap :(.

I agree with Robin, the prices are sometimes higher that at WDW.

Try The Wilderness. It is a less known resort than Kalahari or Widerness Lodge. They have cheaper rates and a indoor/outdoor water park pools.

Check ebay for "Glacier Canyon Dells". You will find awesome timeshares with 3 bedroom condos, 2 nights for $250. Waterpark passes are included and you get a full kitchen, living room, dining room and more. Blue harbor just doesn't even come close. I will never stay anywhere else for the price you can get a condo at the Wilderness!

Be aware that some places also charge a "resort fee". We was surprised to have to pay an extra $10 per night at GWL last month.

Great Wolf Resorts charges a nominal resort fee to all guests in order to provide additional services that are often charged individually by other resorts. This fee covers additional services such as wireless internet, daily newspaper, fitness center access, in room coffee, access to fax, local phone calls, and a concierge service!

Whoop-dee-bleeping-doo. We didn't get a newspaper and the internet was s..l..o..w. I don't even know the location of the fitness center, I didn't make any local calls and who the heck pays for crappy in-room coffee and "access to fax"?

If you want to charge me another $10, then do it and don't hide it in a stupid "resort fee" :sad2:.
