We are planning on going to MNSSHP and I need some ideas for Halloween costumes for a family of four with a 13 year old boy and a 6 year old girl. Please keep in mind that I am a pooh sized girl so no playboy bunnies. I don't want to scare any children Thanks!!!
You could always pick a favorite Disney movie with 2 main female characters and 2 main male characters (Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland,) or if you don't mind being a male character Song of the South would be adorable with Br'er Frog, Br'er Rabbit, Br'er Fox & Br'er Bear.
We went there a few years ago and all dressed in fifties attire. Poodle skirts and bobby socks for the girls/ladies, and white t-shirts, jeans, and leather jackets for the guys. It was a hoot. It also offered options for the variable weather. If it got chilly, a white sweater was in order for the ladies. Fifties clothes also pack well. Hope you have fun!
Question.....does everyone wear customes? We will be down there for the first few days. We are not planning on going (too much else is going on). But if the kids hear about it and want to go (one of the little boys going with us LOVES halloween) we may reconsider. Should we bring customes just incase? Will we stand out if we don't wear them and also can we buy tickets once we get there
