Any ideas on how I can make a puzzle from a design?

I would like to make a puzzle as a Christmas present. My DS & DN, both age 7, are getting tents for Christmas. As part of their gift, we are taking them to FW on 1/1/08 for two nights to test their new tents. I would like to make a puzzle, with the FW logo and some wording to explain exactly what their gift is. Is there anyone that can help or have any suggestions? My creativity is limited to stick people...... It needs to be pretty simple......
