Hi, just been reading thru some of the things people who have been recently have been saying - and I'm suprised by how busy the parks seem to be at this time of year! In my naiviety I was expecting fairly quiet parks as I thought the xmas season wasn't in full swing :confused3 We have only got 1 full day in the park (next Wed) and are hoping to do as much as possible - any thoughts on crowd levels???
Also, the places we were planning to eat in are Annettes / maybe Walts depending on time - do you think the queues to eat there will be a bit much? The only place we have booked for food is Cafe Mickeys for the first night, but if the queues for food are going to be too bad, it may be worth us booking for other places!

Midweek should be quieter for you :) If you want to eat at a particular time there would be no harm in booking Walts to save time if there is a queue.

Walt's will be closed this Wednesday. I wanted to book a table at Walt's but they told me that it is closed.

I don't assume that the crowds will be that long during the week. All who have been said that it was busy on the weekends. And weekends are always very bussy all year long. And it was also busy last Tuesday but that was due to a French holiday.

Oh, I'm really disappointed about Walts!!! :sad2: I was really hoping to eat there! Do they close mid week, or is it just a one off?

This last Thursday and Friday were quiet - 5 min queues for Snow White, no queue for IASM, normal sized queues for Peter Pan. However Saturday was manic - 30 mins long queue just to get into Mickeys winter wonderland, 2 hour queue for BTM....never seen it so busy - even with the fastpasses you would struggle to do more than a couple of rides I think.

Yes I think it is usually closed on a Wednesday - its closed Tuesdays and Wednesday when we are there.

Yeah bit of a shame bout Walts - never mind will have to find somewhere else to try! At least I managed to get cafe mickeys booked! Hopefully will be able to see the parades and the winter wonderland etc, just can't wait to see the lights as much as get on the rides :rotfl:

some things were busy last week and others weren't...

POTC first thing in the morning was walk-on but at the end of the was 60 mins!

and omg Star Tours... 70 mins?!?!

but the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster was only 15 mins so that was good!
