Any ideas? I need something for a surprise trip for dh....

Hi all! I am planning a surprise vacation for dh in May. WDW, May 2-6.

Dh is incredibly over-worked and stressed right now, and desperately needs a holiday, but thinks we can't afford it (he's a "cup half empty" kind of guy)...but I found a great deal, and I know I can manage to squirrel the money away without him realizing it!

I want to make a t-shirt as both a way to announce it, plus as something to wear on the trip...

Something along the lines of "Brian's Surprise Vacation, 2011" maybe with "his wife loves him a lot!" or something like that?

I don't know if it's possible to have a character looking surprised, or celebrating something?

He loves Chip and Dale, Donald, Grumpy, Mickey, Captain Jack......obviously nothing girly like Princesses, lol. He also is fascinated by the castle itself....

Another idea...not sure if it's "do-able" or not...Here's a couple of pics of his truck. Wonder if they could be played with to have a character being yanked out the window, or away from the truck by a female character...maybe saying something like "Get out of the truck! Your wife's taking you to Disney!!"
