almost 3 yo DS....we are going to WDW in September and I bought $30 worth of Disney Dollars in $1 increments and I am going to put them in easter eggs for him to hunt on easter, but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of stuff I could put in his basket for him that would be something he could take to WDW when we go, He LOVES LOVES LOVES mickey right now, but I was wondering if anybody had some cute ideas :confused3
Thanks

You could tie a Mickey balloon to it...
Just an idea.
Or get a little Mickey doll and put it in. kind of simple ideas....

I always do Disney-themed Easter baskets filled with stuff for our trip because we go each May.

This year my kids are getting:

disposable cameras (Target has a Disney princess one)
Disney dollars
Easter pins for their lanyards (got these during our January trip)
Darth Tater Mr. Potato Head
Disney video or video game (haven't decided which one(s) yet
Easter Mickey & Minnie stuffed dolls (I'll get these at the Disney store)

And anything else I find.
Hope this helps.

How about a Mickey light spinner?

Disney stickers.

Disney hat or visor.

Toy binoculars for the AK. Great for spotting the animals on the safari.

Autograph book and fat pen.

EPCOT passport (or one that you make up yourself).

Plush Mickey (or order a Pal Mickey from WDW).

Washable, fat crayons and a Disney coloring book.

WOW, Awesome Ideas, Thanks everyone, never thought of some of that stuff, I am soooooo excited now, thanks again.

The Disney Store has some really cute Easter plush right now! Does he like Lumpy? They have Lumpy holding a little Easter Bunny. So cute!

Last year, I included the following in our kids' Easter baskets:

Disney swimsuits - Nemo-themed
Disney beachtowels - Nemo-themed
Disney beach hats - Nemo-themed
Disney beach sandals - Nemo-themed
Disney sunglasses - Tink for DD, Tigger for DS
Disney PJ Pals - Tink for DD, Goofy for DS
Disney books - Bambi for DD, Dumbo for DS

I bought the Disney-themed swimwear & accessories & the PJ Pals from our local Disney store. You can also purchase them on-line. I also included the traditional Peeps (we have to have Peeps every Easter!) & other goodies.

This year, I plan to do similiar Easter baskets for them.

My kids have decorative Easter baskets that they leave out for the Easter bunny & are re-used every year; however, if they didn't already have these baskets, I probably would have purchased Disney-themed beach bags & used them as the "baskets". I still may do that this year.

I've been haunting the local Disney Store, initially with the idea of getting items for the kids for our April trip to cut down on begging for things while we're there. (I was thinking of giving them something small every day of our stay.) I also picked up a few things online as they had sales.

I have gone a bit overboard, but once I realized I could put these into Easter baskets as well, I think it will be great fun! I have Disney Dollars, the compact washcloths, matching t-shirts (hoping this will make it easier to keep track of them in the park!), a Mickey doll and a Donald doll, beach towels, a Buzz jacket for DS5 (that might be a birthday gift after our trip.) There must be more than that, because there's a big box of stuff in my closet... It's been fun, and I can't wait to see their faces Easter morning!!!
