OK so after being in WDW all week, i come home all excited to get in/ on VMK and type in some codes etc.

PROBLEM!!!!! vmk is not loading in I get only about a 1/4 inch on the blue load in bar and that is how it stays. I've cleard the cookies, cache, history and compressed files. I don't know what else to do. SO..... any computer savvy individuals out there willing to help a desperate AVASTMAYGIRL get into the kingdom? At this point, i am not even worried about these dreams items ppl are apparently getting.

do you have the latest version of shockwave? You can download here: http://sdc.shockwave.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?

If you have another browser installed, maybe try that?

This has occasionally happened to me, too.

If the Shockwave suggestion doesn't work, try just leaving the "stuck" login screen open while you do other things. One time it took nearly an hour for my login to complete, but after that, the problem seemed to resolve itself.

thanks for the suggestions. I'm pretty sure i have the latest shockwave, as VMK loaded pretty quick a week ago. I guess i'll just have to leave the window open for as along as it takes or until i go to bed lol. It slows down any other windows i open , but oh well right : )

Are you trying to log in from the main page...you know the big circle that says "play now"? Or are you trying to log in from the link to the log in page. (hope that makes sense) in the past when I have had problems logging in, it was from the link to the log in page. I would go to the vmk home page and log in from there, by clicking on the circle "play now" and it would work. I have no idea why, and don't know if it will work for you, but worth a try. I for some reason cannot load VMK on Internet Explorer. So I download Mozilla Firefox Browser and now only use that to get into VMK.

Oh Oh i think i might help it happen to me when i was not on vmk on my computer at home.. sometimes if you have not been on an website that includes loading to get on it goes much slower when you try again so maybe keep on the page for 30 mintues or so thats all i got
