Any Idea What DTD Parking and Traffic Will Be Like Late Oct?

The title says it all, we'll be in WDW from Oct 29 to Nov 7. We'll be hitting Raglan Road for sure on the 31st and I'd prefer to drive there from Board Walk. Last Oct we parked beyond Cirque and walked. I understand that a garage will be open by then, correct? Also, will the road construction be done by then? If not, is the route the buses take a better driving option?

The garage is open now and the pedestrian exit leads you past Planet Hollywood, so not a bad walk to Raglan Road. No parking at the end where the buses drop you off. I can't predict how traffic will be in October, but I'm pretty sure the construction won't be finished! I'd take the bus if I could.
