Looked at some recent Navigators and do not see any cycle classes listed. I know on a previous cruise they had it at odd times.

We did several spin classes over the Dream Christmas cruise. We are cruising in a couple of weeks and will report back if they are happening.

I think it's because of the format of the new Navigators, they just aren't listing them. When you embark the first day, go to the spa and get the schedule, that's what I did recently on the Magic.

Still offered as of last week. You do need to sign up in advance (by the time of the opening raffle, there was just one spot left on the sheet). That said, I was the first waitlist spot and was able to participate the next day as only five of the 10 reserves were there. Classes were in the afternoon, I'm thinking around 4. We just went to one.

I will say it wasn't the best class mainly since I couldn't hear the instructor (he used no mic and the music was right over my head) or see him well (not the best arrangement of the bikes). The gal over Christmas was much better (she went over the moves before class, used hand signals to cue, arranged the bikes differently, and really made sure everyone's settings were correct). I taught group fitness classes for 11 years before "retiring" last fall, so I'm a picky audience. But I got a workout in and didn't have to pay extra.

I went to the gym on the Dream around 9 ish am on an at Sea day and on a Nassau day and they had some sort of spin classes going on both times, I have heard that they fill quickly so book them early

Do you happen to know if the have Shimano SPD SL pedals on the bike? I'm trying to decide if I should take my shoes with me.

Just returned from Dream over Thanksgiving. They still do the cycling classes but unfortunately I did not sign up quick enough! Only 10 per session. See attached.
