Any idea how long systems will be down?

I am trying desperately to add a night on to our stay (who knows how hard that will be to do) and really need to talk to someone but can't get through. Anyone have any idea when they "enhancements" to the system should be done?

Nevermind, finally got through and was able to get our extra night added for Dec 26!
