If you had to rent it, how much would you expect to have to pay for grazing / stabling?
The paddock in question is about half-an-acre with a solid-consrtuction stable and tack-room. Water is on tap, but there's no electricity or light laid on. Grazing is okay quality, with enough really for only one pony throughout the year. There are neighbouring fields that usually have horses/ponies, so there is company around!
I know it comes down to supply and demand as much as the location, etc., but any ball-park figures would be helpful
Thanks!
