any historical park hours information?

We're going the first week of November and I'd love to get a ballpark of what kind of park hours we're looking at, what time Wishes will start, etc. Is there anywhere that I can see what has been the standard park hours, etc, in years past? Anyone care to venture a guess to the park hours for the first week in November?

Also, why on earth is that time of year considered Regular season? Seems like it should be value season since it's such a slow time.

I think it's not value season becasue of the Food and Wine Festival and maybe also the infamous "Jersey Week."
