I work a three shift pattern of mornings, nights and afternoons which probably doesn't help (I was on afternoons when I finished work before going on holiday). I change my watch to US time as soon as I get on the plane and stay up until about 11 or 12 pm when I get there. So why can't I convince my body that 4am in the morning is not 9am and wake up so completly? Any help on managing to get to stay asleep while I am in America?
