I see alot on WDW room discounts but I was so hoping for a discount for the Swan/Dolphin for Nov. Dec. time.. any word or guess on any Fall room discounts with them? :confused3:confused3:confused3

Swan/Dolphin discounts for Nov were available last spring. I think that the pattern of discount releases is different at the Swolphin. Just keep checking for your dates or try calling to see what is available. More may be released.

Thank You Babsy.. I just remember in the past years that they would show a Mr. and a Mrs. Santa Claus laying in a chaise lounge chair at the S/D for a Great price like they have going on right now for their Summer Fun promotion..:confused3:confused3:confused3

Now that you mention it, I remember that too!!

I guess that there is always hope for more discounts. I just keep checking their website and have lucked into a couple of good rates that only lasted a few days. I may be wrong, but it seems to be more sporadic the way that they release their discounts. Disney seems to follow more of an an annual pattern, I think.

Good luck! I think that the odds of getting a good discount at the swan/Dolphin are very good.

Do you qualify for a nurse or teacher discount? They are fantastic and are almost always available.

Does anyone remember how much you could get Swan/Dolphin for last January and can you use Magic Express when staying there?

I want to say it was the traditional room for $149.00 a nite or $179.00 a nite than you have to add their $23.00 resort fee per night :confused3on top of that and than you have to add 12.5 percent or higher I can't remember their tax rate? but this was for I want to say Nov.Dec.2013..

As Chatty said, about $149-$179 per night plus all the extras. ($23 resort fee, parking fees if you have a car, and tax).

If you want a balcony or special view the cost is higher. We have a rate of $259 with Epcot fireworks view, balcony and kids eat free at the Swan/Dolphin in Nov. So that is $282 plus tax per night. Staying 4 nights so add the ~$100 ride to the airport brings you to just about $310 per night. Not bad for a balcony, best view, luxury Epcot resort!

No, you don't get to use DME with the Swan/Dolphin. You also can't get the dining plans or the charge back to your room from the parks. Still a good deal though, IMO!
