Any guess on 2011 promotion once GAD ends?

We are planning on traveling the end of January so I'm curious if anyone has heard rumors of what they may do for 2011. We may only have a short time to go something about it, if anything.

Well, Walt Disney WORLD opened October 1st, 1971.. so 2011 would mark the 30th anniversary of WDW.

Are they gonna celebrate it? Dunno. But my guess is something of an anniversary theme on the 30 years.

Just wanted to correct this, it will be 40 and I am going to celebrate my 40th birthday with them next year lol

Maybe they will do like the birthday free day, but you get in free for your anniversary instead. LOL Then they can keep with the what will you celebrate.

Me too! We're planning a trip end of Jan, but I MUST go for my birthday in Sept as well. I did it for my 25th B-day and the Pink Castle, and while it was quite the sight (good and bad!) it's something I'll always remember!

We will be there for my daughter's 4th birthday so hopefully, either way, we can get something!! Fastpasses would be nice since I'll have 3 kids with me and standing in line is not their specialty. I wish it was sooner but I still can't wait.

2011 discounts have been out for months - in fact, some had to be booked prior to Christmas.

There is currently a kids stay free offer, and a room discount offer. Free dining booking for 2011 (for the dates that were announced already) already ended, along with early 2011 room discounts (Jan/Feb).

Check mousesavers.com for what is currently being offered and the codes.

However, by your ticker - you are going in November I guess - not sure if anything that far out is released yet or not - I don't think so, other than possibly individual PIN codes.

However, unlike the other two, there is no freebee attached to this one---well, at least not at this point. And, if it was going to have one, IMO, we would have known about it already.

My ticker was from our most recent vacation (this past November) we are actually heading back in August this year.

Yes thank you, that's what I thought the thread was about... a promotion similar to GAD for 2011. 'Let the Memories' begin theme sounds great to me since we will not be there for any particular occasion this year - other then a break from life before school goes back in.
