Any GPS deals?

Just heard my dad say he should have gotten a black friday deal on a GPS!! Ugghh! Wish he could have said that sooner and I could have gotten him one!!! Any deals left?? I think he wants a TomTom.

Target has the Garmin 255w on sale this week for $129 which is the same price people were standing in line for on Black Friday. A few retailers had it for $119 on Black Friday but this is still a good deal considering no lines. From all of my research this is a good one to get.

We have both Garmin and Tom Tom, Garmin is without a doubt a much user friendly device. Infact we just got another Garmin, 255W $129, to replace the Tom Tom.

OP here...we also have the Garmin nuvi 255w and I agree! BUT, my dad keeps saying how he wants a TomTom, so I am stuck?!

I got the one from Target yesterday(Garmin 255). It was marked down $90. I was so Happy!!!!

$90 for a Garmin 255! Was it a 255W by chance? I paid $129 for a 255W at Best Buy which it thought was a fabulous price.

If your Dad wants a TomTom, get it. The reviews I have read shows satisfaction with both lines of GPS.

Yes, it was the 255W. It was marked down to $129 (down $90). I too thought it was a fabulous price!!!!
