Hi all!

I was just wondering if anyone has found any rates less that $200/night at the DLH? For any time this year? The best I seem to have found (for as late as May so far) is $216/night with AAA and a standard view. Thanks for any input!

They have not announced what specials they will be offering after April 27 (when the kids free and $150 gift card promo end). Last year they offered 4th night free during part of the summer and through the fall. Seems like that is a pretty standard offer, and would sort of expect to see something along those lines again this year.

Something to consider would be to get an Annual Pass for one person in your party (depending on how many days you'll be going in the park) and then you can take advantage of annual passholder rates. I've also read that you can get Disney Visa rates as well.

Any idea what the AP rates would be? Just curious as we are considering this option.

I used my Disney Visa to book my rooms for this Wed-Sat. Rates for Wednesday and Thursday are $119, Saturday is $139. Not sure how long these are rates are good for. My AAA agent said the best she could do was $165.

CoastalCA,
How did you get the Disney Visa rates?
I have a Disney Visa and I didn't see anything about special rates?
Who did you call to bbok those rates? We are going in March and I would love to stay at the DLH.

I believe that annual passholder rates vary depending on when you go. I read that January rates were $89-109 for the Paradise Pier and Disneyland Hotel for a standard room. I'm not sure how far in advance you can book and get the AP rates.

In my last statement from VISA there was a flyer that advertised the low rates for all the Disney resorts for a certain time period (thru end of March, I think). The Grand CA was sold out, but we were able to get three nights at the low rate for tonight thru Friday at DLH.
Just call 1-800-Mickey1 and ask for the Disney VISA rate.
Good Luck.

I'm working on booking a trip to the DLH May 13-19. I have an offer through the disneyland web site. But I thought I'd call the 1-800-Mickey1 number and inquire about any special Disney Visa discounts for that time.

I was informed that the Disney Visa offer is only good through March something or other and they had no Disney Visa discounts on rooms or ticket prices.

This doesn't seem correct to me though, since I have Disney Visa paperwork that mentions dates through September of 2006. So I think I'll call again later and try and talk with another person to see if I have better luck.
