Any good places to eat at the MCO?

Hi all. Are there any 'healthy' places to eat at the MCO? DH and I are going as vegetarians for the first time... and we may have to... gasp... eat in the airport!!!

I'm much happier when I pack my own food, but I'm not sure what is allowed in a carryon and what isn't.

Quizzno's for salads and Macaroni Grill for pasta dishes Au Bon Pain, Ruby Tuesdays are inside the airport

There is a great food court in between the two terminals, Everything from Hot dogs to sandwiches. Also there is a Chilli's near the hotel....
