Any good low fat cheeses out there?

I have always had an aversion to low fat cheese.... maybe because I am a cheese lover! Are there any that are good? Going shopping shortly....

Sargento makes a good low fat cheese and Kraft makes a good low fat cheddar. Get the shredded, not the slices. It melts better and you can use less. I occasionally sprinkle it on triscuits for a 4pt treat.

Cabot http://www.cabotcheese.com/index.php makes a decent light cheese. We got their 75% light cheddar cheese and have enjoyed it on taco salads!
