Any "express" advantages for Annual or Multi-Day Pass?

Sorry if this has already been answered.

Universal Express allows everyone to hold 1 "fast pass" at a time, correct? Are there any other options, other than staying on-site? Does multi-day, or annual pass, get you more of these "fast passes"? I'm pretty sure this was the case before, but so many things are changing.

All ticketholders -- one day, multiday, or annual passholders -- get one Universal Express ticket at a time. You can get another when the time on the Express ticket expires.

Onsite hotel guests get to use their keys as an all-day Universal Express pass.
