We are flying SYR to MCO on January 20th and back again on February 3rd.
We've never run into serious weather problems on other trips, but SYR is in a snow belt, and I'm wondering how jetBlue is at handling passengers when flights are delayed or cancelled due to a winter storm.
What exactly do they do with all the passengers who have seats on delayed or cancelled flights? What are our options if a jetBlue flight is cancelled? Who gets priority once the flights resume?
Any jetBlue veterans with experiences or advice to share?
