Any experience of Quality Inn Plaza, I-Drive

Just wondering if anyone had any recent experiences they want to share about staying at the QIP?

Hello ~ Unfortunately yes, my best friend came in to Orlando 2 years ago from Scotland (for her first trip to Disney and Seaworld) and I joined her to 'show her around' and such; and she felt that the hotel wasn't 'up to par' and didn't like it, and once I took her to the resorts at WDW, she was freaking out in comparison, price wise and all, and wrote a letter to her travel agent back in Scotland and told her what an awful recommendation she had given...so for what it's worth, check out the other hotels on I Drive or check out the resorts at WDW....truthfully, it was loud, the room wasn't clean, the restaurant was always nuts, the food was nasty and I could go on but I won't.....hope that helps....

we stayed there once for a one night stay when we drove and arrived early for our reservations. It was really pretty bad. It looks much better on the outside than it is on the inside.

Check it out on www.tripadvisor.com. They have reviews of motels which I found very useful in planning my off-site accommodations.

Thanks for your honesty people. Maybe rethink that choice. I'll try trip advisor now to compare other hotels. The thing is we wont be spending much time at hotel, so may be ok for overnight stopping.
