Any Exchange in Charleston?

Attemping to determine what my family's point usage may be. Does anyone know if there is a place in Charleston, S.C to exchange? If so, what is the point exchange for maybe just a basic studio? Thank you.

The Concierge Collection, top rate hotels that we can trade to, includes Charleston Place in Charleston. Per night points are broken into two seasons, two types (Deluxe and Club) and Sun-Wed and Thurs-Sat point breaks. The lowest per night is 34 points and the highest is 63.

Charleston isn't too far from Hilton Head. You could always stay at Disney's HHI and visit Charleston! The resort at HHI is very nice.
