Any Epson R300 Owners??

If there are any Epson R300 printer owners among you, can anyone advise me how to get mine to print my photos correctly? When I print anything else, ie cd labels, dvd inserts and the like, the image is reproduced perfectly. When I print photos however, the results are far from satisfactory as they always come out much darker than the original. I have experimented with the brightness in the advanced settings but I'm still getting dark pictures. Any ideas??

Hi John

I know what you mean.
I have had to use the software that came with the printer. The photoquicker one...I have found that that one is the best. When using others the photo's come out really dark.

We have an Epson R300 and I'd started uploading to Asda to get the prints.
I'll try the photoquick software next time
