Any E-Poll users?

Have you cashed out with E-Poll? How long do they take to ship rewards?

Yes, I have. The last time I cashed out it took almost 2 months.

I cashed out for $10 Toys R Us card in August...still waiting for it.

Have emailed them at least a half dozen times and they keep telling me they are still sending out the requests and hope to be caught up soon.

I've even sent one to them when I've gotten a email for a survey and asked them why in the world would I do another one if I'm still waiting for my reward!

I cashed out at Epoll in May 2002 and never received my reward. I finished with them a long time ago, they don't always send their rewards.

I've cashed out with E-Poll. The first few times I had no problems. The last time it took months to receive the reward, & that was after e-mailing, waiting, & e-mailing again. Someone on these boards posted a specific name of who to send the e-mail to & I sent an e-mail to that person & that's when I finally got results. Unfortunately that was quite a while ago & I can't remember the name & e-mail address. I still do their surveys because they are quick & easy, but I'll be curious to see what happens when I go to cash out again. I don't get many surveys from them so it's taking me a while to build up enough points to cash out again.

I cashed out in August for a $5 Target card. Several emails resulted in nothing. Finally I looked up the phone number here on the boards and called them. Ken was the guy I spoke with. He tried to explain why it took 7 months to send the reward but I wouldn't hear any of it. He claimed they were back ordered and did not want to lose me as a customer. I did receive the card after our phone conversation but it shouldn't be that difficult. After all, they earned something from our time, we should be compensated in a timely fashion. I don't care for them. It used to be that you could go the site and do any survey. Then they changed it so you could only particpiate when they wanted you to. Enough, I'm done with them too.

I learned you have to basically nag them to death to get your reward. As was mentioned, they now only send invitations to do surveys. I just got a CD survey in the mail last week. It was for a TV show, which is what the last several surveys I've received from them were as well. Just keep really good records of each time you email them for your rewards and save all of their replies.

I got the CD srvey for a tv show a week or two ago. that's when I accumulated enough points to cash out for the $5 Target card. If I ever see the GC I'll probably unsubscribe based on what you all have mentioned here.

I cashed out for $45 target gift card before Christmas 2003 and have written them twice because I still have not received it! I keep getting the same form letter saying they haven't forgotten and it will be shipped as soon as possible.
