any downside to GTY (or VGT) with restrictions at 30 days out?

Are there any benefits that a non-restricted rate would get at 30 days out (with any of the Covid cancel policies)? I'm past July 31, so don't get the 15 day flex. Any reason to NOT book a restricted rate? I assume I'd still get a voucher/refund if I was exposed to Covid, etc.?

I called about the Covid thing because im traveling with my 6 year old and you never know, they said its on a case by case basis but is typically either a refund or they book you on a future cruise.
They also said basically anytime from 14 days of sailing if someone develops symptoms or tests positive to call and theyll work with you.

i was required to purchase insurance for the child, so with the rate being so cheap as is, i just purchased the disney insurance for all of us also anyway. I really felt like after calling them that theyre taking things slow, trying to do things as safe as possible, and being very flexible and accomodating to things possibly happening.
