i hope this isn't TMI lol but here it goes:

since Tuesday morning i've had this stomach pain and it won't go away. it's gotten a bit better than it was this morning, but it's still kind of there.

it almost feels like i have cramps, but i JUST finished my period Sunday.

i don't have a fever, i'm not throwing up, i'm using the bathroom just fine, my stomach isn't swollen or anything so.....i don't have any of the symptoms of appendicitis(well.....aside from the pain lol).

i'm wondering.....yesterday for dinner there was cheese in the dish we had and i'm lactose intolerant. i can have small doses of milk products and be ok but sometimes when i have too much my stomach can bother me. but it's been so long since i've had milk that i'm not sure if that's what it is.

any ideas? i don't want to have to make a doctor's appointment or go to the ER if it's nothing serious.

oh and the heating pad helps sometimes when i use it.....so it's almost exactly like cramps.

Is is just below your ribcage. Sounds like gallbladder to me. You need to have it checked out by a Dr.

Good Luck--And make an appt!

I am dealing with my dd and she had pain like that. At first the doctor was saying Reflux, however she was smart enough to have her pee in a cup.
She has a UTI. And she never had any of the regular symptoms that you normally get.

Of course she still has it and it is a bugger.

the pain isn't below my ribcage it's lower. like i said, it's almost like cramps. my mother is saying she thinks it's an ovarian cyst? i do get some symptoms of that when i get my period, and my husband reminded me that i've had this happen before at least twice.

I had an ovarian cyst that ruptured this past May and the pain was HORRIBLE. I had it in my lower left quadrant of my abdomen, just to the right of my left hip bone.

I'd probably go to the doctor and get it checked out. If it is a cyst, they can be dangerous when they rupture, so you'll want to get it taken care of ASAP.

You really should see a dr. It could be any number of things. About five years ago, I was about a week late and finally Aunt Flo showed up. On Day 2I woke up and went to stand up and was in excruciating pain. It came back and forth and finally on Day 4 I went to the doc. Turned out to be an semi ruptured Ectopic pregnancy. Nothing to play around with. Honestly, it was painful but I have a high threshold of pain. When my dh mentioned to me that I had motrin at every sink in the house and I needed to go to the doc I finally went.

I never in a million years expected that. In twenty minutes I was in surgery and wishing I had gone sooner. Don't wait too long!
