Iam trying it again and this year I want to get my act together! Anyone else?

I need to start. I do not do Atkin's per say, I cut out as much carbs as I possibly can, eat mostly lean meats and veggies.

It is so hard for me to get started, but once I get into it and start seeing the results, it is MUCH easier!!!!!
