I'm a disney and six flags pass holder.

Only 3 weekends left for the 2009 season at the Atlanta-Six Flags.
Plus frightfest.

Was hoping to find someone who likes Disney, rollercoasters and may want to go to Six Flags this month.

I have parking too (why does it cost more to park at six flags than Disney?).

Also looking for people from the area who want to go down to Disney for a quick day or two trip.

I'm planning a trip to Disney/Orlando from Oct. 16 - 19. If you'd be interested in that or meeting up there, let me know. This is my first solo trip.

i haven't been to SIX FLAGS over GA. in years. when it first opened it was BEAUTIFUL. then i heard of financial problems so i am thinking it is not a nice as it once was. the reason i am writing u is i went to SIX FLAGS over TEXAS for the first time two weeks ago. i had pictured it to be bigger, prettier and just plain nicer than Sxfl over GA. boy was i wrong. it is flat (TEXAS) much smaller and looks like they r struggling financially too. is sure is a shame. if u don't mind i would like to know how Sxfl over GA looks now. :cool2::cool2::cool2:

Six Flags GA - is nicer these days I think.

In recenty years they've added, Superman, Batman, Georgia Scorcher and Goliath. Goliath is smooth and thrilling - never disappoints. Batman and Superman always seem to have long lines which is sad.
Ahh makes you love Disney parks SINGLE RIDER LINES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even old rides still are a good time. Mixing in the old with the new, it all is just a chill day. I don't get all excited like Disney, but I do so love riding and riding and riding with no small or no lines.

Six Flags did file bankruptcy, but ATL seems to be ok for now. Plus with New Orleans being shut down from Katrina and Kentucky park having a short season, probably helps.

I know parts of the park were under water a few weeks ago when the river flooded, but when I went last weekend I never made it that far back of the park, so I don't know if any of those are still closed.

Would love to go to Disney for a short trip next week. I'm down to 46 days on my pass - so I'm really ready to make a quick trip. *so sad since it's only been 2 weeks since I got home from my last disney trip.
