Any Disney Get Well Soon Cards

I'm just wondering if there are any get well soon cards with Disney characters that can be downloaded.

I'm not familiar with any, but you could definitely make your own using a Word document and downloading some free Disney clip art. Finally, you could google some sentiments for your card.
