Any discounts you know of?

Hey all! Figured I'd throw this out and see if anyone could help. Myself and 4 coworkers want to reserve a cabin at FW and they are leaving it up to me to plan it. The dates we have selected are 8/4-8/12/12. Does anyone know of any deals that are going on then? I am an annual passholder if that might help at all. Any help (or direction pointing) would be truly appreciated.

Nothing for that time frame yet but hang in there, last year there was the AP discount of up to 35%off room rates

When I called to make my ressie, I was told that the pass holder discounts come out later than the regular specials. The CM suggested that I book the stay and then call back later for the reduced rate. I did as she suggested and they gave it to me without issue.

This is true even in a general sense.

Any discount that becomes available (Annual Pass, Floriday Only, AAA, etc) can be applied to an existing reservation if it is available. I am only familiar with AAA but I frequently make a ressie up to a year in advance, pay my one night deposit at rack rates, then wait for the AAA discounts for the next year to come out (they are usually set during the summer for the coming year). Once they are available I call back and collect my savings.
