Any Discounts for Dolphin Dining?

Is there any coupon books I could send for to use at the Dolphin if I stay there for dining?

The only discounts for dining at the Swan or Dolphin are through the Disney Club.

Are the discounts worth joining the club?

We stayed at the Dolphin with a great teacher rate.
We are also DC members.
I used my card at the Disney Store - so I do get extra savings.

We saved 20% off refillable mugs and all of meals at the Dolphin.
The pizza was under $10 - best bargin with DC discount.
You can get a wonderful BLT at the Dolphin Fountain for $5 using the DC.
We easily saved $50 on meals using the DC at the Dolphin.
We were there for 12 days. DH. DW, DS & DD.

If you do not plan any lunches (great after a morning at the pool - before an
afternoon at the Parks), do any dinners, and not buy anything at Tubbies
(they have a small grocery store) and not planning to buy anything in the next year
at the Disney Store - then do not buy the card.

Otherwise buy it. See if your company has a dicsount. I was able to buy mine for
$29 per year, instead of $39.

Yes, I agree with Pooh2001, the DC discounts at Tubbis and the Dolphin Fountain are definetly worth buying the card!! Plus the regular discounts you can use the card for like buying Disney Passes or merchandise at Disney Stores.

Keep in mind that the 20% discount is valid now until 9/30/02 and from 11/1/02 - 12/23/02. It is not valid this October.

Also, the discount does not apply to Shula's.

When checking in last June, I asked if they still had the coupon books mentioned in the Swan/Dolphin FAQ thread above (good reading, I recommend it highly),. They did have them and gave me one. There are some nice coupons in there for bars and dining. Although, DC discount is usually better for restaurants. Ask for free coupons at check in.
